First, you'd want to check the SpatialChat roles comparison.

To fully moderate your event, you must be logged in as admin.

Panel discussion or keynote

In this scenario, it is advisable to turn OFF camera & microphone access in Room Permissions and assign the Space Moderator role to your speakers, which exempts them from the camera/microphone restrictions.

Removing attendees

If you need to manually remove an attendee while in admin mode, hover your mouse over the person you wish to remove. This will bring up a context menu with two buttons — Mute and Admin. Click on the admin icon and choose "Remove User." You'll be asked to confirm your choice. Then, click "Remove User" to remove the attendee from the Space.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since the service is anonymous, which means that anyone with the password can join. If you remove the attendees and do not wish to allow them back into the event, it is advisable to change the Space password before or immediately after removing the person from your Space. Current attendees will not be affected.

Preparing your event in advance (for a poster session)

Customize your Space and use the "Pin image" and "Pin video" functions to set up all the necessary content in your space ahead of time so that it's there when the event starts.
