After you create a Team and a Space, you can invite Members to your Team and manage their roles. Also, you can invite Guests to your Space.
Team members
You need to go to https://app.spatial.chat/dashboard/
Click the "Invite" button to invite new Team members or Guests.
There are two options for inviting team members to join your space. You can either send a link or invite them via email. If you prefer to send the link manually (such as through social media or messaging apps), you can select the user's role, choose which spaces they can access, and determine the duration of the link. Once you have made your selections, you can copy the link to share with the team member.
If you would prefer to invite users via email, you can enter their email addresses, select their roles, and choose which spaces will be visible to them.
Once you have made your selections, simply click the "Send emails" button to send the invitations.
If you invite users via email, they will receive an email containing a link that they can use to enter the team. This link is only valid for the first time they use it to access the space. To access the space again in the future, invited users will need to log in to the https://app.spatial.chat page using the email address to which they received the invitation.
It is also possible to invite Team Members via the "Team>Users" panel:
You can assign a role to each Team member when they are already in the Team.
Click the drop-down menu and choose an appropriate role.

Space guests
To invite guests to your Space, go to the Team page, click "Invite", and then the "Guests" button.
There are two options for inviting guests to join your space. You can either send a link or invite them via email. If you prefer to send the link manually (such as through social media or messaging apps), you can choose which spaces the guest can access and determine the duration of the link. Once you have made your selections, you can copy the link to share with the guest.
To invite guests via email:
- Go to the "Team" menu and select "Guests."
- In the "Invite Guests" section, you have the option to upload a CSV file with your guests' email addresses or enter them manually.
- Select the spaces that you want the invited guests to have access to.
- Click the "Send Invitation" button.
The invited guests will receive an email with a link that they can use to join the space. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.
It is also possible to invite Guests via "Team>Users" panel:
You can also invite guests differently.
Click on three dots and then - "Space settings."
Here you can copy the link to your Space and send it to your guests.
In addition, you can invite people right in the Space.
You can just send the link to your Space or invite someone via email.
You have the option of setting a password for your Space. This feature is only available for Public Spaces, not Private Spaces. When a password is set, guests will need to use a special link with the password to access the Space. If you would like to set a password, click on 'This link' to obtain a password-protected link that you can share with your participants.
As for the Private Spaces, only users invited by email can enter them. This feature is only available for paid plan users:
